Am 20.06.2022 hat Herr Dipl.-Ing. (FH) Norbert Zeglin, M.Sc. seine Promotion „Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten bei der öffentlichen Ausschreibung von Bauleistungen“ erfolgreich verteidigt. Den Vorsitz der Promotionskommission führte Prof. Dr. Frohmut Wellner (TU Dresden). Gutachter waren Prof. Dr. Rainer Schach (TU Dresden), Prof. Dr. Detlef Heck (TU Graz) und Prof. Dr. Marco Wach (HTWK Leipzig). Als weitere Mitglieder der Promotionskommission waren Prof. Dr. Jens Otto und Prof. Dr. Richard Stroetmann (TU Dresden) beteiligt.

The doctoral committee was chaired by Prof. Dr. Frohmut Wellner (TU Dresden).
