Am 26.07.2021 hat Herr Dipl.-Ing. Kai Wilhelm seine Promotion „Verbundverhalten von mineralisch und polymer gebundenen Carbonbewehrungen und Beton bei Raumtemperatur und erhöhten Temperaturen bis 500 °C“ erfolgreich verteidigt. Den Vorsitz der Promotionskommission führte Prof. Dr.-Ing. Stefan Löhnert (TU Dresden). Gutachter waren Prof. Dr.-Ing. Viktor Mechtcherine (TU Dresden), Prof. Dr.-Ing. Steffen Marx (TU Dresden) und Prof. Dr.-Ing. habil. Peter Mark (Ruhr-Universität Bochum). Außerdem war als weiteres Mitglied der Promotionskommission Prof. Dr. ir. Christian Louter (TU Dresden) beteiligt.
